New Development Commission Public Hearing on the Willows Crossing development at Willow/Pfingsten on Wednesday, August 10
A public hearing on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. has been set for the new plan at 2660 Pfingsten Road (SW corner of Willow & Pfingsten).
Part of the developer’s proposal is a request to rezone the entire property from R-1 Residential to “B-1 Limited Business District”.
